Before I connected with Warriors Set Free, my life was in a downward spiral. I was angry at life and those close to me. After being wounded in Afghanistan, I struggled to make sense of my life. Why did I deserve to live? Why me? I was full of guilt and confusion about what happened in combat. It was destroying my marriage and my family and turning into the type of person I hated. At this low place in life, God used Warriors Set Free to show me that my life has a purpose. That I HAVE A PURPOSE!

God has had my life planned out from the beginning. Warriors Set Free has taught me how to walk with our Father, the all-knowing, all-powerful One. His grace and kindness, who is the only Way. They also taught me how to stand up and fight the fight. I know my life will not be easy, but if I stand up and continue to grow my faith, He will do amazing things through me. I am so ready to use my God-given gifts. I am so blessed to have Warriors Set Free in my life. I now have a mission and a band of brothers and sisters to walk/roll through life.
